Impeach Mint
One wacky member of the US Congress decides to take his oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution seriously. Most of the rest decide to pretend this never happened. CNN: Kucinich effort to impeach Bush kicked into limbo

Meanwhile, a '70s children's cartoon character is redesigned to look more like Kucinich's wife.

Yeah. Bah. There are some days when I feel like a few people on the wacky fringes like Kucinich and Ron Paul have more integrity than the rest of the circus combined.

In Shakespeare, isn't it the fool who never lies?

Seems like it would be a little too late to do any good even if an impeachment succeeded.

Don't underestimate how much damage BushCo is capable of producing in a short amount of time.

Not really. You can technically impeach a president *after* he has left office. "Impeachment" just means the same thing as "indict", but with the restriction that a legislative body (Congress) acts as grand jury. It doesn't mean "remove from office": that's what happens if the impeachment results in a verdict of "guilty". If the defendant is no longer in office, he can still be stripped of his pension and possibly have other punishments as well.
